Summer Meals for Children 2020

  
NOTICE:
Explorer Camp 2020 has been cancelled.

However, we welcome anyone to join us 11:30 am- 2:30 pm for free meals for children every Monday and Thursday starting June 22.

We will be distrubiting grab and go lunch and breakfasts to any children and young adults ages 18 and below.

Please note that each child you would like a meal for must be present. We look forward to seeing you! For questions or more information please contact our office.

  Explorer Camp is a 6 Week Christian Summer Camp for Children between the ages of 5 and 12.
All campers must have completed kindergarten.
 
The mission of the camp is to show Christ's love and teachings to children and youth by providing a safe, stable, encouraging and fun camp environment.
 
Dates: June 22 - July 31 2020
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Early Drop-Off: 8:00 a.m.   Pick-Up: 5:00 p.m- 6:00 p.m. 
After 6:00 p.m a late pick-up fee of $20 per 15 minutes will be applied  
Early Registration: $550 per child for entire summer if paid by June 1.
Registration increases to $600 per child if paid after June 1.
Application Fee: There is a $25 non-refundable application fee that counts towards the registration fee.

    A camper will not be considered registered until the $25 registration fee has been received.

    In Person Registration can be brought into the church office Tuesday- Friday. Please call the office for daily hours. Application forms can be downloaded by clicking on "Explorer Camp"  Please fill out one application per child.  Checks and Money Orders should be made out to National Baptist Memorial Church and camp registration written in the memo section.

  • On-line Registration is now available by clicking on the blue button at the top of the page.  You must be prepared to pay the application fee or full registration when applying on-line.  It may be helpful to download the application form to use it as a guide to register on-line.
